Expand your abdomen while inhaling, and then exhale fully such that it seems the stress of the day is going out of you.

A peaceful and relaxing environment is required for this therapy. Repeated imaginations are required to get into this process. Think that you are in another world as you want it to be, leaving your present environment far behind; feel yourself in a changed situation. Repeatedly, you will have to imagine what you are expecting to extract from this exercise.
